Darke County Tax Data Added |

WRIST wants to remind all that we
have added Darke County tax data directly into the MLS data.
This means that during listing maintenance you will now be able
to utilize auto pop, similar to how our seven primary counties
work. We also are looking into making GeoJet work with Darke
County listings.
We have reached an agreement with our vendor to add Montgomery
and Allen counties to our built in tax data, which will be added
within the next few months. We hope that because WRIST covers an
area much larger than our seven primary counties, that this
additional tax data will be a benefit to the membership. |

Showing Phone Number is a Required Field |

Several years
ago, WRIST added a field for a showing phone number to listing
maintenance. This was provided so that each agent had the
opportunity to list where they would like to direct calls for
showing appointments. This could be a call center, showing
service, office, or the agent primary business phone.
This field,
which is listed under the showing instructions field, provides a
great way for the listing agent or office to ensure that their
fellow members can easily show the listing. WRIST is now
treating this field as a required field. We realize that we
already display agent and office phone numbers on listings,
which you may duplicate in the showing phone number field.
WRIST does not
like to add to the required field list, but all members will
benefit by quickly knowing where to call to set up a showing.
