You now have the ability to modify expired listings up to 30 days past the expiration date.

WRIST has changed the business rule in MLXchange to allow agents to edit listings that have been expired for less than 30 days. This will allow agents to update an expired to a sold listing or make the listing active if the seller has signed an extension to the listing contract. Remember, when making changes to list price, commission rates or dates in the original listing agreement, you must obtain authorization in writing from the seller.

Listing photo names added.

When you add a photo to a listing in MLXchange you have the ability to choose a name for the photo from the drop list of names. We have added a new list of photo names to choose from. Also, you have the ability to type a description of the photo. We recommend agents fill out these descriptions since they will show on public facing web sites.

Updating your contact information.

David Brisker will be at the Springfield Board of REALTORS® office on October 28th from 11 AM to 3 PM.

Stan Hartke will be at the Springfield Board of REALTORS® on October 6th from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Stop by the the office if you have any questions for the staff!

To update your contact information within MLXchange, go to: "Settings" and click "Personalize" and then click "Contact Information." You can update your phone numbers, email address, address, and office name from this screen. Make sure to also fax or email the WRIST office with the updated contact information so we can make sure it shows correctly on your listings.

Another area you may want to visit under "Settings -> Personalize" is the "Change Secret Question" link. You can set up three different secret questions that will be asked in the case you should happen to forget your password and need to reset it.
