The WRIST Directors are pleased to report
that our listings are now being sent to ListHub, the largest
listing syndication company in the United States. These
additional real estate search engines represent the largest
websites that cater to real estate information or people doing
research on a particular property. The vast majority of these
websites are also Realtor friendly. There is no cost to our
membership for this increased distribution.
The really exciting part of this agreement
is that ListHub counts consumer clicks, which means our brokers
or agents can purchase reasonably priced concrete data on where
their listings are being viewed the most. This type of
information can be shared with our sellers or used to determine
advertising strategies. I think we all can agree that print
media is not only getting very expensive but also less effective
with the Internet revolution we are witnessing. The ability to
target our advertising dollars with this information is truly
a good value for our members.
ListHub began distributing our data
Thursday evening, which WRIST is in the process of verifying.
ListHub will be hosting two webinars for brokers.
The first webinar for brokers will be May 7th
at 1:00 pm. An additional webinar will be offered on May 20th
at 10:00 am. Please allow approximately one hour for each
