Enhanced
Tax Credit Provides Outstanding Opportunity for Home BuyersIn its efforts to stimulate
the economy and revive the housing market, Congress has
enacted legislation providing a tax credit of up to $8,000
for first-time home buyers.
But time is of the essence for buyers who want to take
advantage of this opportunity. Only homes purchased on or
after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009 are
eligible. Use the links below to find out more about the tax
credit.
For more information on this tax credit, visit:

You have the ability to fax
documents to be attached to listings within MLXchange. There are
several uses of attaching documents to listings within the MLS.
The most common forms of attachments are, residential property
disclosures, lead based paint hazard disclosures, parcel land
maps, and 3rd party marketing flyers. The
process is simple and can be quite a time saver. You will
no longer have to fax property disclosures or lead paint
disclosures to anyone who wants to show the property. They
can simply download the attachment from the MLS and print it.
We have prepared a video tutorial as well as a one page sheet of
instructions on this process. See below links:
