The annual meeting of Western Regional Information Systems &
Technology, Inc. will be held at The Caroline on the square
in Troy, Ohio at 12:00 pm on June 30, 2011. Lunch will be
ordered from the menu.
At approximately 12:30 p.m., we will hold the annual meeting
where we will confirm appointments of the shareholder
boards, elect leadership and attend to any other business.
The WRIST Board of Directors meeting will immediately
