The annual meeting of Western Regional Information Systems &
Technology, Inc. will be held at The Caroline on the square in Troy,
Ohio at 12:00 pm on June 25, 2009. Lunch will be ordered from the
menu.
At approximately 12:30 p.m., we will hold the annual meeting where
we will confirm appointments of the shareholder boards and attend to
any other business.

Viewing CDOM
A
correct area code is required for each listing entered
into the system. WRIST has
area maps which define the area codes used to search from
within MLXchange. You can also use these as a guide when you
list a property in the MLS to make sure the property is
listed in the correct area. You can view these maps directly
on the web site or you can download the maps onto your
computer and view them in Google Earth. There are also
printer friendly versions of the map which can be used to
create hard copies of the maps. We hope these maps will be a
beneficial reference for you.

You can check out Continuous Days on Market on properties by
viewing the “Results” grid. CDOM is also shown on the
property history for each transaction. The CDOM in property
history will show Days on Market up to the date of the price
or status change.
