The statistics have been broken down by individual counties and areas. They compare January through December totals from 2002 though 2009.  Residential and Condo property types are included.

WRIST scheduled some online training on Friday 1/29/2010 and unfortunately MarketLinx had some difficulties. Not only were they unable to establish the connection to the training site but they were not able to send out a cancellation notice until 10:00 am.

We have tentatively scheduled two online web training sessions on Monday 2/8/2010 at 2:00 pm and Thursday 2/11/2010 at 10:00 am.  We will post the links for the training on the MOD in advance.

On Thursday, February 25^th. MarketLinx will release version 5.1 of MLXchange. The upgrade will require the system to be down from about 6:00 am to 10:00 am that morning.  Some of you may be directed to load new active X controls before it will allow you to log into the system.  If you are unable to log in please call the WRIST office right away.
