Legacy Software Retired

MLS Passport, the distributive database software distributed by Marketlinx, Inc. will cease to function within the month of February.  The software vendor has seen the demand for distributed database software decline over the past few years and has focused their attention on providing additional features and support to it's primary MLS software, MLXchange.  MLS Passport provided agents the ability to download listings to their PCs and laptops for offline viewing.   MLXchange will continue to function as normal.

OFFICE VISIT OPPORTUNITY

WRIST rolled out Virtual Tours within the MLS last fall and currently 20% of residential listings have a tour associated with it.  While there are some homes that might not benefit from a tour, these are the exception rather than the rule.

WRIST would like to ensure that all of our members understand how easy the tours are to do and share some insight and tips into their use.  We also have some statistical data and consumer feedback that we would like to share.

We are therefore willing to attend your office meeting and review this with your agents and assistants.  If you are interested, please contact David at the WRIST office and schedule a visit.
