The MLXchange Version 4 Upgrade was a
success!
Our MLS received the MLXchange Version 4 upgrade on January 29,
2008. One of the main enhancements in this new version is
the enhanced mapping capabilities. You can now view the
air photography when searching by map, locate points of interest
and provide driving directions thanks to the integration of
Microsoft Virtual Earth.
Keep in mind, MLXchange is best viewed with screen resolution
of 1024X768 or greater. If you have difficulty viewing all
of the buttons in MLXchange, contact the WRIST office for
assistance in changing your screen resolution.

images of properties. Some tours can include music,
narration, captions, and branded logos. The have become more and
more popular in the real estate industry over the years.
Your feedback is very important as it guides the organization
to select the best products and services to the membership.

You can check your listing hit activity even
easier with MLXchange 4. Now you are only a few
mouse clicks away from checking your listing inventory and the
number of hits they have received.
To Check Listing Hits:
Step 1: Hover over
the "Search" tab at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Click on "Prospecting Activity."
The next screen will show you your
entire active listing inventory with the listing hit activity.
