is pleased to announce that the monthly MLS dues are staying the
same for 2010! This also means that the discounted price for
reciprocity membership will also not be going up. The ability to
hold the cost we charge our membership while our costs are
rising continues the WRIST Directors goal of adding value to
WRIST.
We
are also maintaining the cost of the agent IDX search engine at
only $50.00 for 2010. This continued reduction is especially
important, as now over 80% of consumers look for property on the
Internet before they ever contact an agent or office. By
continuing to make it more affordable, we position our members
to have a first class Web presence. The more Web presence our
listings have the easier it is for buyers to find potential
properties.
The
2010 book prices are also staying the same. For each publication
of the listing book, the cost will be $28.00. The Comp book
($10.00) and Quarterly book ($25.00) prices will remain the
same. Book prices are once again being priced exactly to their
cost. Please note that should the monthly book order drop
below 50 copies per publication, we will be forced to
discontinue this book.
