The statistics have been broken down by individual counties and compare January through June totals from 2004 though 2011.  Residential and Condo property types are included.

WRIST is pleased to announce that we have added Darke County tax data directly into the MLS data. This means that during listing maintenance you will now be able to utilize auto pop, similar to how our seven primary counties work. We also are looking into making GeoJet work with Darke County listings.

We have reached an agreement with our vendor to add Montgomery and Allen counties to our built in tax data, which will be added within the next few months. We hope that because WRIST covers an area much larger than our seven primary counties, that this additional tax data will be a benefit to the membership.
