ATTACHING DOCUMENTS TO YOUR MLS LISTING
Take Advantage of a Quick and Easy Way to Distribute Residential Property and Lead Paint  Disclosures

To Upload a Listing Attachment via Fax:
 

  1. Click “Tools” (Upper-Right), click “Listing Manager” (1st option), click “Listing Maintenance” .
  2. Type the MLS number in the box ”Find a listing by MLS number” and click the green arrow ( ).
  3. Under Image #1, click on “Attachments.”
  4. Select “Add New Attachment” from the Action drop down menu and click the green arrow ( ).
  5. The Add New Attachment window appears.
  6. Click on the “Fax Document” button.
  7. Select type of document and enter a description.
  8. Click on “Print Cover Sheet”
  9. Fax documents with cover page to number listed.

Windows Speech Recognition in Windows Vista empowers users to interact with their computers by voice. It was designed for people who want to significantly limit their use of the mouse and keyboard while maintaining or increasing their overall productivity. You can dictate documents and emails in mainstream applications, use voice commands to start and switch between applications, control the operating system, and even fill out forms on the Web.

To access Windows Speech Recognition in Vista, go to "Start" -> "All Programs" -> "Accessories" -> "Ease of Access" -> "Windows Speech Recognition."
UPDATING YOUR OFFICE ROSTER
The WRIST Rules and Regulations state that you must give 30 days notice to cancel an agent membership, such as sending their license back to the state. WRIST has worked hard to shed unnecessary cost. If you can notify WRIST in writing by the last business day of the month that you’re sending a license back, we will waive the 30 day notice rule, and you will not be invoiced for the next month. Please note that since we turn in our membership numbers in advance to our MLXchange vendor, we will be unable to credit your account if we receive a cancellation past the last business day of the month.
